[kde-doc-english] Control Center Modules in khelpcenters navigation tree

Hi,

in the navigation tree of the Control Center Modules item we have 94 entries 
in an unsorted list with some duplicated item names, see also

I have written a patch to sort the items and enable additional groups with kcm 
items, see http://s7.postimg.org/5boqzqw0b/khelpcenter.png

In Systemsettings we have 66 entries, which should be subitems of "Control 
Center Modules", but better named "System Settings Modules".

What to do with the remaining 28 items, like konqueror general 3, filemanager 
7, browser 11 and other 7?

1) One top item called "Other Control Modules" or "Other Settings Modules" 
or
2) 4 additional to items 
"Konqueror [Control|Settings) Modules"
"Filemanager [Control|Settings) Modules"
"Browser [Control|Settings) Modules"
"Other [Control|Settings) Modules"
