Hi,

DocBook for KAddressBook does not exist at all (we do not have enough  
manpower to write it).

The rest of above-mentioned HTML were not generated this Thursday, as well  
as the HTML for some other modules, for online viewing due to constant  
problems that happened on KDE git servers during the last two months, but  
they should be installable and usable for offline users.
