[kde-doc-english] Digikam toolbars are lost

Hi,

Please use Ctrl+M to make digiKam show the menu bar, use Settings -> Show  
Toolbar to show toolbar, then Ctrl+M again to hide menu bar again (if you  
hided it for purpose).
