[kde-doc-english] patch for KMail

Hi all

Started proofreading KMail handbook. Attached is a patch covering the
files:

getting-started.docbook
using-kmail.docbook
faq.docbook
menus.docbook
configure.docbook


Most of the changes are corrections or improvements to grammar. There
are a couple of typos fixed. A couple of changes are to make the meaning
clearer.
