I found text for Krusader viewer/editor in file:
summit/docmessages/extragear-utils/krusader_viewer-editor.po (Line: 803, #:

If this option is checked, the view will show marks on the vertical scrollbar.

Above text described item of menu in Krusader editor: View -> Show Scrollbar
Marks
Description of the marks is missing. The marks are shown on vertical scrollbar
and are equivalent for yellow stars in Icon Border on left side of editor
window. (You can show Icon Border: View -> Show Icon Border)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. translating documentation
Actual Results:  
If this option is checked, the view will show marks on the vertical scrollbar.

Expected Results:  
If this option is checked, the view will show marks on the vertical scrollbar.
The marks are equivalent for marks in Icon Border.
