[kde-doc-english] Sending Certificates

I've created an x.509 certificate but now where in the documentation can
I find out how or who or what or where to send the newly created x.509
file. The doc's explain most stuff but not this. I need to have an x.509
certificate for Thunderbird email.  I do like the gp4win program and it
works very well. Thank you for your work.
