[kde-doc-english] Wrong/dead links to d.k.o on http://kde.org/applications/ pages

Hi,

http://kde.org/applications/ pages have more broken links like the one 
reported here recently: http://lists.kde.org/?t=133619015800004&r=1&w=2

d.k.o links to handbooks for applications in the kde main modules sometimes 
point to the stable, sometimes to the development branch like in these two 
examples grepped fron the *json files in trunk/www/applications/apps/:

kalzium.json:28:    "handbook": 
"http://docs.kde.org/stable/en/kdeedu/kalzium/"
cantor.json:22:    "handbook": 
"http://docs.kde.org/development/en/kdeedu/cantor/index.html"

What should be used here, stable or development?
