Hi!

Some time ago I was trying to compile the table of KIPI-Plugins [1]. Now  
it is somewhat outdated (e.g. no photolayouteditor plugin).

I think all mentioned for deletion docs can be safely deleted.

BTW for some reasons almost every KIPI=Plugin developer is mentioned as  
the author of its documentation. ;)
