[kde-doc-english] Doc page: Searching and Importing Certificates

The page "Searching and Importing Certificates" makes multiple references
to GpgSM. Could you add a hyperlink to whatever/wherever we should look for
GpgSM?
I can open another window and Google for it, but it would be more
convenient for light users to have a direct link.
