[kde-doc-english] Is KDIFF3 Portable?

I have an instance where I have to run KDIFF3 from a conference room
computer.

When I have similar instances, I usually find a portable app (can run
from a thumb

Drive without doing a "Windows Install").  Could you please advise if
KDIFF3 will

Run off a thumb drive if I just copy the "installed" files to the thumb
drive or

Whether KDIFF3 must be "installed" on the computer it runs on?
