mailto + telnet kioslave documentation is no longer in Kioslaves item in 
Khelpcenters Navigation tree, but in Application Manuals->Lost & Found

Anyone knows how to fix that, maybe in khelpcenter/navigator.cpp void 
Navigator::insertIOSlaveDocs?
