Type "latin" in search field at the top of the KCharSelect window.

Type "ligature" in search field at the top of the KCharSelect window. ("ж"  
is not a digraph)

It cannot be done as it depends on enabled layouts, desktop environment  
and personal preferences.

Moreover, the purpose of "To Clipboard" button in KCharselect window is  
almost self-evident.
