Hi,

The manual for the new version is not written yet.

The link to docbook has been replaced to UserBase in Krita 2.4:

http://userbase.kde.org/Krita

The only helpful part of Krita documentation now is untranslatable
tutorial that is shipped with Krita 2.4. Draft of docs (very short with no
examples) can be found here:

http://userbase.kde.org/User:Boudewijn/Krita/Manual

If you have some specific questions please do not hesitate to ask them on
KDE forums:

http://forum.kde.org/viewforum.php?f=136&sid=b540129460c8970af8d199c52eec9d28

Some might give you useful tips and tutorials.

And there will be no PDF until some write some useful docs (however PDF
for Krita 1.6 can be generated, but it's not very helpful).

That's it.

Best regards,
Yuri
