[kde-doc-english] [PATCH] d.k.o name fix

Hi!

Right now if there isn't a name in the application name array, there
ends up being no link to the applications HTML doc, just the PDF.
While generally we should just add a name, this is pointless for e.g.
kdereview, where applications should be moved out there after a few
weeks or so.

So, this patch will fall back and display the the old ugly name when
there isn't one in the array.
