[kde-doc-english] LCD Weather applet

I am having an issue with this applet and cannot find anyone to help in  
the irc channel.  When I first start my laptop, which is a wireless  
connection using WICD ,the LCD Weather applet does not start.  If I "log  
out" (not reboot) it starts the way it is suppose to.  I believe WICD is  
starting before the weather applet.  Is there a fix or can I delay the  
start of the applet or increase the start of the wicd?  Thanks
