xml2pot doesn't like that kate/configuring-part.docbook has two
independent <sect1>s, and only outputs messages for the Editor
Component Configuration <sect1>.  When I enclose them both in a bogus
<chapter> element, xml2pot outputs messages for the document variables
<sect1> also.

IMHO document variables are advanced stuff and can just live in Kate.
So I'm happy to workaround this by moving that <sect1> back into
kate/configuring.docbook.  Sound good to everyone?
