Please copy this file:

https://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/kdelibs/repository/revisions/master/raw/kdoctools/customization/entities/contributor.entities

into your /usr/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/entities

then re-generate docbooks.

This entity was added in KDE 4.7.3.
