In general I'd avoid to spread such hints all over every app documentation
using the file open dialog.
This would better fit into a chapter "Opening Files" in some general kde
documentation like we had in kde3.
But cause the file open dialog used by kfind doesn't have settings options like
the usual dialog, it is near to impossible for Joe User to search with kfind in
a hidden folder eg /home/user/.kde.
So in this special case I'd like to add this shortcuts (Alt+. and F8 - so far
unknown to me) to toggle the display of hidden files/folders.

Any comments?
