[kde-doc-english] Size, Orientation, & Position

Hi,

"Size, Orientation, & Position" section in "Monitor & Display" (Revision 
1.01.00 (2007-07-29))

Does not mention what to do if "orientation" does not offer any values (other 
than default).

I have NVidia card, using NVidia recent driver. This probably:

NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-260.19.21.run

KDE version: (KDE 4.4.5) Mandriva Linux 2010.2.
