[kde-doc-english] Desktop Effects documentation pages

This documentation seems to be very preliminary - only an introduction. 

For example, what is "Compositing"?   All of the words under the "All Effects"  
tab need to at least be defined.

Also, the most disconcerting part of the KDE desktop is the sidebar that 
appears when the cursor passes over a desktop icon - if you happen to hit a 
button at the wrong moment the icon is deleted!   I can't think of any time 
that I have had to delete a bunch of desktop icons, and it should not be 
something that can happen without at least confirmation.

Playing with the settings hasn't turned up a way to block this behaviour so it 
would be nice to see something about that too.

I realize that you are all volunteers and I appreciate your work, but 
documentation is critical to acceptance!
