Yuri, Thanks.  This is the problem with the missing links.  My Arch box  
has 1.76.1, but I'll probably wait until they get the fix rather than  
downgrading.

However, this does not address the other issue, of the apparent extra  
sections listed in the content tree in the navigation pane, which is  
present with both doxbook-sxl 1.76.1 and 1.75.2.
