[kde-doc-english] PDF on docs.kde.org

Hi!

It seems that PDF versions of KDE docs on docs.kde.org are not always as  
good as can be.

For example, look at the KOrganizer PDF:

http://docs.kde.org/stable/en/kdepim/korganizer/korganizer.pdf

Page 11 line 3: [?varlistentry] instead of xref
Page 11 item 2.4.3: inappropriate size of the image.

The same issues can be found in other docs (Killbots, etc.).

I've searched the Bugzilla and could not find similar reports. Are these  
issues known?
