[kde-doc-english] Fixed Krusader docs

Hi!

I just committed partially fixed Krusader docs to work/doc/krusader. It  
can be checked out with

svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/work/doc/krusader

What is fixed:
1) All the reasonable issues mentioned earlier in the list.
2) Screenshot of Konfigurator window.

What is not:
Panel page of the Konfigurator (I wanted to do this today, but the  
Bluefish translation prevents me to do so ;) ).

Please review the changes. Any help with Panel page (konfigurator.docbook)  
will be much appreciated.
