Tried with 1em, better for me.

Ah, thanks for the hint.
Has to be changed in xsl processing I guess?

But is it only me feeling annoyed by popping up tooltips with no valuable info 
and often covering the text I want to read?

Btw. there is a BR https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=266664
