[kde-doc-english] No provision to save monitor settings on KDE startup

The version of KDE that installed with Suse 10.2 had a box to check that 
set the resolution and rotation on startup for the user who was logging 
in.  I can't figure out how to save the settings on this version.

No doubt everyone has worked very hard on this latest version of KDE.  
Unfortunately the design team has literally wrecked the desktop trying to 
add features that are not necessary to the utility of the software.  Why 
programmers do this is a mystery to me.
