Hi!

There are no problems here. All that is needed is the browser with the  
according "help:/"-handling (Konqueror, rekonq, tweaked FF or Opera).

Offline version works as expected.

Certainly, xsl to  generate web-pages from docbooks can be improved, but  
it is not easy task to guess the section of index.html by the "help:/"  
address.
