[kde-doc-english] Choqok Handbook missing

Hey all,

Today I went to look at the handbook for ChoqoK to see what more I could 
find out about it. I get this errors :

"The file or folder help:/choqok/index.html does not exist." This 
message is on the pop-up when I press F1.

"There is no documentation available for /choqok/index.html." This is 
all I see when I open the handbook.

Now is this a program malfunction (i.e. no documentation) or what? Do I 
need to file a bug report about this?
