[kde-doc-english] Dead links to Userguide + FAQ on docs.kde.org

Hallo,

the Intro page on docs.kde.org has two dead links to the removed userguide and 
faq docbooks.

To fix this I'd like to change this on that page when switching to 4.5:

1) Replace links to Userguide + FAQ at the top right with links to the start 
pages of userbase.kde.org + forum.kde.org

2) Change
"Before you start searching the library or asking questions on the mailing 
lists, there is a good chance your answer is already in the User Guide 
(English) or the  FAQ (English)."

to

"Before you start searching the library or asking questions on the mailing 
lists, there is a good chance your answer is already in KDE UserBase or in the  
KDE Community Forums (English)."

Any comments, improvements, objections?
