[kde-doc-english] Error reporting

When Kleopatra was trying to save a successfully created encryption pair  
the application yielded this error:

Could not copy temporary file to file C:\Documents and  
Settings\Christiane\Escritorio\Ricardomartinez.p10: Unknown error
