[kde-doc-english] Spell Checker configuration module

The help page "Spell Checker" [1] contains explanations for controls 
"Encoding" and "Client" that are not present in the configuration screen; 
instead, the configuration screen contains a section of what seems to be the 
user dictionary and that section is undocumented.
