[kde-doc-english] Advanced User Settings - Login Manager

Since I signed on to this list a few months ago, this may very well be
the 20th person who has inadvertently posted here to ask usability
questions.

I'm starting to wonder if its crystal-clear (either in the KDE website
or in KDE itself) where a person has to go to ask simple questions.

After all, it's not like kde-doc-english is advertised in big bold
letters on the frontpage -- clearly they dug deep to find this mailing
list, so its likely some prior digging was involved to find out where
they were supposed to go.
