Well, you just made the link as nonsense when removing not only markup but 
kvpnc part itself, too. The link should have kvpnc part in the end

IRL this leads to nowhere: if you check the right link should be 
http://home.gna.org/kvpnc/en/changelog.html; notice the "en". Or, being more 
specific, it can be something else as the website is translated in some other 
languages but probably in the English template "en" is most appropriate.
