[kde-doc-english] Installation of email acounts

Many thanks for your work. Realy but although critic.
Why have you changed the form from kde3.5.? Now I have to read a 
manual before. This is not logical. For those how come from MS a reason 
to throw Linux out imediatley. That was a shot in your own leg. Not all 
whats new is well. Outlook makes that realy well.
To install WiFi it's the same.
