[kde-doc-english] Doc for a new app

Hi everybody,
I'm author of a new kde app! (called choqoK)
I wanna move it to KDE
And here: "http://techbase.kde.org/Policies/SVN_Guidelines" ask me to create a user doc for it!

I'm not familiar with it :(
Is there anybody here can help me?
