Greetings,  

This is a great project.  

Can you please enable a selection of local times zones within a region eg: +- 
GMT time difference.

I live in Tasmania (Hobart), Australia.  The Time zone for here is +10GMT.  
Mainland Australian States can each have different time zones based on 
Daylight Savings (+- 1 hour time difference)
