Ah, yes, now I found again why I thought this was the right list... it's
in the boilerplate at the bottom of all docs. So... new (and hopefully
completed) version attached. What is the procedure? May I commit this?
(Certainly I will take corrections, but since this version is hugely
better than the old one, I'd like to go ahead and get it checked in, and
then work on improvements, rather than leave only the outdated doc until
this is "perfect".)
