[kde-doc-english] One question

Hello !
I've added the short information aobut myself. I'm interesting to develop
and be the active user of such an incredible products like this one. Where
can I find the most modern informations about this OS to be totally on time
and maybe during the usement propose the issues, which can be interesting,
new and valuable to add and implement in the new upgradements ?
