[kde-doc-english] Webcam in Kopete

Hello,



How do I get and send webcam. Kopete recognizes my cam but send an error
when trying to broadcast. I cannot find the Jasper image conversion program.

Jasper is required to render the Yahoo webcam images. can you be of help
here?
