AFAIK you are working with kdeedu applications (kgeography).

So what about starting with the kdeedu documentation?

I have reviewed and backported doc fixes for kalgebra, kalzium, kgeography, 
khangman, klettres, kmplot, kturtle, marble so far.

On my Todo list in kdeedu for 4.0.3:
blinken
kanagram
kbruch
kig
kiten and radselect (has no docs)
kpercentage
kstars (changed menuitems + shortcuts)
ktouch (changes in menu strings + items)
kwordquiz (new main window layout, no Go to menu, changes in menu strings)
parley (a lot of errors in the menu description ->Vocabulary, Learning etc)

Just drop a note, if you would like to pick up on of these docs to avoid 
duplicate work.
