The best is to post them to this list in new mails each time and with the 
appname in the title for ex

KWord trunk - EBN patch

When trunk is open again someone can then be assigned to commit them all. 
There are already a few pending.

PS: maybe you are interested in putting them through when trunk becomes 4.2 - 
I'll be myself away most of July and all of August because the kids are on 
holiday!
