[kde-doc-english] Okular doc on annotation feature should mention that annotations are not stored within the file

Hey KDE Docs Team,

I had to read through a great chunk of the okular-devel mailing list
archives until I had all jigsaw pieces to fit together to understand how
Okular stores the annotations made to files. Would be very helpful if
this was mentioned in the docs I think.
