[kde-doc-english] 3 small doc edits

Just three docs edited so that there are no issues with them. The krdc
docbook still has two errors, the word KDE is said in a comment, and the
sanitizer wants it to be &kde; even though its in a comment, I think this is
an issue with EBN.

Each one has its name attached to the front, I am not sure of the standard
formatting in terms of sending files, so if theres a prefered method of
submitting files, just drop us a message.
