I've been a bit out of the loop for a while, so I'm not sure who the best 
person to point you to is. But Richard Johnson (aka nixternal) has been doing 
some co-ordination, and a handful of other people have been working on KDE 4 
docs, although they all seem to be away at the moment. Hopefully someone will 
be around in a couple of days.

For the moment, you might like to take a look around your KDE 4 installation 
and see if there's any particular app that is missing updated (or any) 
documentation and that you'd be interested in writing for. There's a list on 
techbase of apps requiring documentation, which should also help:

If anything catches your eye, drop us a message on the list and we'll take it
