I guess I am wondering the same.  Either I am missing how to contribute or it is organized differently

So, who's "in charge" of documentation for kde4 apps?

I am waiting for someone on this list to point me in the direction of
the leadership or at least point me towards some sort of "how-to" site
that will get me started.

I want to contribute. Is anyone out there?
