[kde-doc-english] KDE 4 Documentation Update

Hey everyone!

First off I apologize for not being around the past few days. I have lost 
Internet connection at my home and I am waiting for the ISP to fix their 
problems. You might see me hop on every once in a while, and if you do, catch 
me then, as I do not know how long my connection will be stable for.

Anyways, I haven't had the chance either to update the TechBase page for KDE 
Documentation (http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Documentation). My call for 
documentation has been heard and is currently being passed around. I do have 
2 applications which are ready for documentation for KDE 4 and I will get 
around to adding them to the list (TODO).

If any of you have any questions, please feel free to contact the list, or 
cross your fingers and hope to catch me while I am connected to the Internet. 
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and I hope everyone is 
still raring to go. Thanks!
