In stable (recent 3.5 compiled from sources) I have a Go and Window menu, depending on the profile.

$ konqueror --profiles 
filemanagement
webbrowsing
kde_devel
midnightcommander
simplebrowser
tabbedbrowsing

konqueror --profile filemanagement
konqueror --profile simplebrowser
Menus Location, Edit, View, Bookmark, Tools, Settings, Help

konqueror --profile webbrowsing
konqueror --profile kde_devel
konqueror --profile midnightcommander
konqueror --profile tabbedbrowsing
Menus Location, Edit, View, Go, Bookmark, Tools, Settings, Window, Help

And don't know if these menus exist in trunk.
For the stable docs this commmit is wrong and should be immediately reverted.
