[kde-doc-english] Contact regarding FOSDEM

Hello Dimitris,

I got a note from one of my KDE colleagues to try and contact you during FOSDEM,
on behalf of the KDE documentation team. Unfortunately I've not been able to do
so, since when I had time you were somewhere else, and probably vice versa.

Hence this mail, CC'ed to the rest of the documentation team, to get in touch
after all.
