[kde-doc-english] Please fix a defective link in the KDE User Guide...

We started working on a way to get links working on the website by changing 
the stylesheet, but I don't remember what became of it. I think it was nearly 
working, though. If someone pokes me in a week or so, I'll take another look 
at it.
