[kde-doc-english] KOffice 2.0 documentation:

Hi all,

The porting of the KOffice documentation to trunk should be complete. Apologies
for the large amount of commit messages :)

It's never too early to start thinking about work that should be done. I tried
to do so at aKademy, the result is two new text files in trunk/koffice/doc/:
status.txt and tocs.txt.

The former just contains the documentation status - currently at a very basic
level, I am planning to add more details soon.

The latter is a proposal to 'reorganise' the KOffice 2 handbooks. It contains a
tentative overview (in the form of TOCs) of the handbooks-to-be-reorganised.
Comments and suggestions are welcome.
