[kde-doc-english] FYI: KBabel Default project problems should be fixed now (patch on bugs.kde.org)

Hi!

I found the reason why KBabel could not handle (recreate) 
a missing (deleted) default project.

Please try the patch at

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=128939

This should at least solve the problem some users had 
with disabled project settings.
